Automatically display your product price and weight on this Avery Weigh-Tronix 6710U Cash Register and Point of Sale Scale. Your Point of Sale System software can then capture the product weight from the scale and automatically calculates the price of the product based on the unit price you have set up in your POS System inventory. This helps ensure easy and accurate checkout process. The 6710U Bench Scale is the new and enhanced version of the NCI 6710 and 6712 scales, and is designed to connect to all major electronic cash registers, POS computer terminals and point of sale systems. The 6710U scale is suitable for use in retail applications such as grocery, cafeterias, convenience stores, candy shops, hardware stores, pet stores as well as health service applications such as hospitals and pharmacies. While the old 6710 and 6712 scales were not able to connect to USB port, the new 6710U can connect to USB port using the USB cable part number AWT05-507974.

The scale comes with external magnetic mounted display. You can place the display on any side of the scale - front, back, right or left, to suite your application. If you want the scale display mounted in the front and tilted, you will need the optional front scale display mounting bracket, part number 816965005925.
